Bio

Alen Mamrout, is the CEO and Founder of American Exchange Group, a fashion and lifestyle company he launched in 2008. An immigrant from Syria, Alen began his entrepreneurial path in his teens with a fine jewelry store in New York City, eventually expanding it to four successful locations. Identifying a market gap in fast fashion watches, he started sourcing and designing products from China, which led to the creation of American Exchange Group. Initially centered on fashion watches, the company broadened its scope by launching a tech wearables division in 2016 and Blue Time Inc.

Today, American Exchange Group has grown into a multi-division enterprise covering watches, jewelry, footwear, handbags, hair and cold weather accessories, and tech wearables. Its portfolio includes well-known brands like Aerosoles, White Mountain, and Indie Lee. With nearly 1,000 employees and close to $1 billion in annual revenue, the company continues to grow rapidly.
