Greg Lawrence

Greg Lawrence serves as Director of Asset Management at Sentry, where he oversees a diverse portfolio of office and multifamily assets. He is responsible for day-to-day operations and performance management across the portfolio, and plays a key role in underwriting, due diligence, and the execution of new acquisitions.

Prior to joining Sentry, Greg worked at Robert Martin Company, where he directed asset management for a 2.5 million RSF portfolio of office and industrial properties in the greater New York City metro area. He was also responsible for deal sourcing and underwriting new acquisitions throughout the tri-state region. Greg began his career as an office leasing broker at Savills in New York City, before moving to a boutique investment firm where he led acquisitions and asset management initiatives for value-add multifamily properties across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.

Greg holds a B.A. in Economics from Dickinson College and an M.S. in Real Estate from NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
