Bio
Yousef Althkefati is the CEO and founder of Street Denim, a wholesale apparel company established in 2008. Street Denim designs, manufactures, and distributes fashion-forward clothing to major national retailers including T.J. Maxx, Ross, and Burlington. Yousef began his career in the U.S. retail sector after immigrating from Syria at age 15. By 18, he was immersed in New York City's apparel industry, and in 1997, he launched his first retail store in New Jersey. Over the following decade, he successfully expanded his operations to 26 locations throughout the greater New York metro area, employing more than 450 people.
Parallel to his fashion and wholesale business, Yousef has successfully invested in and developed numerous real estate assets. Since acquiring his first office property in 2006, he has built a diverse commercial real estate portfolio spanning retail, office, and multifamily properties—primarily concentrated in New York City.
